Stuffed crispy eggs

Ingredients:
7 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika or chili pepper (optional)
Chives
Breadcrumbs, 1 egg and flour (for breading)
Oil for frying
 
Directions:
1. Prepare the hard-boiled eggs.
2. Mix the yolks with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, paprika and chives.
3. Pass the egg whites in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
4. Fry in hot oil and stuff with the filling.
