An easy make-ahead breakfast for a crowd. Perfect for weekends and holidays!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 baguette
200 g meat for choice
7 eggs
2 tbsp chopped parsley
50 g shredded mozzarella cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Cut a longitudinal hole in the bread, fill it with eggs, meat, parsley, and cheese.
  2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
