Meat pockets: an easy and delightful recipe!

Easy and quick to make!

INGREDIENTS
600g pork loin
150g ham
150g Cheese
Pepper
Salt
 
METHOD
  1. Beat off the meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut ham and cheese into the cubes. Fill the pork with ham and cheese and fasten with toothpicks.
  3. Bake at 180°C ( 350°F) for 45 minutes.
