Egg crepes pockets: a unique recipe everyone will love!

Place an egg in the middle of the meat and form a pocket. It will be a family favorite!
INGREDIENTS
• 200g/1.3 cups flour
• 2g salt
• 60ml/2oz hot water
• 60ml/2oz cold water
• 10ml/0.3oz vegetable oil
• chives
• ginger
• 300g ground-meat
• salt
•black pepper
•soy sauce
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 egg
•4 eggs
METHOD
- Add salt to the flour. Divide the flour into two parts. Pour cold water into one part and hot water into the other. Mix everything and add vegetable oil. Knead the dough well. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Form balls, grease with oil.
- Chop chives, ginger and mix with ground meat. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, butter, egg and mix it.
- Mash each ball of dough with your hands, sprinkle with flour and put in a pile. Roll out into one cake. Put the cake in a preheated pan without oil and cook each cake.
- Put the stuffing into each cake. Place an egg in the middle of the meat and form egg pockets.
- Fry in a pan.
