Meat rings: the simple and original recipe!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
200ml (3/4 cup) of lukewarm milk
6g (1 tsp) of salt
5g (1 tsp) of sugar
3g (1 tsp) of dry yeast
20ml (1 1/2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
1 egg
450g (3 1/2 cups) of flour
For the stuffing:
400g of minced meat
2 onions
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Egg wash
Black sesame seeds
White sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, salt, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, and egg, and mix. Add the flour and mix until all is well combined.
2. When the dough starts to form knead with your hands until the dough is smooth. Cover with cling film and let the dough to rise for 1 hour.
3. To prepare the meat mixture mix the minced meat with chopped onions, salt, pepper, and cumin.
4. After time has elapsed split the dough into 6 equal parts and form the balls. Roll out each ball and prick the middle with the finger.
5. Arrange the meat on the dough forming the ring. Close each ring by pressing with the fingers.
6. Transfer the rings to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and grease each ring with the egg wash.
7. Sprinkle them with black and white sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
