Apple and almond flour cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 g almond flour
250 g 00 flour
100 g butter
250 g sugar
1 kg apples
1 sachet of yeast
1 teaspoon cinnamon
the zest of 1/2 lemon
vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 apple sliced and a few flaked almonds to decorate

Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with sugar, lemon zest, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
2. Then add melted butter, the two flours and the yeast.
3. Add the apples to the mixture and transfer to the pan.
4. Decorate the surface of the cake and bake at 180° for 50-55 minutes.
