Apple pie with almond flour: the tasty and fluffy idea for your dessert time!

Not your usual apple cake! Give it a try.
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250g (1 2/3 cup) of flour 00
100g (1 cup) powdered sugar
125g (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) of butter
a pinch of salt
1 egg
For the cream:
3 eggs
60g (1/3 cup) of sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
40g (1/4 cup) almond flour
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream
2 apples
Sliced almonds
Powdered sugar for decoration
METHOD
- In a bowl sift the flour and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add the butter and combine well with hands.
- Add the egg and salt and make the batter with your hands. Cover with foil and leave in the fridge for 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, put it on parchment paper and add to the mold.
- In another bowl mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, almond flour, whipping cream and mix well.
- Cut the apples into slices and align them on top of the batter.
- Pour the mixture over the batter and add the almond slices.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
