Apple cake: the best dessert to make in a few steps!

Super fluffy and delicious, here's a perfect cake for a kids' snack!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
125g sugar
125ml seed oil
125ml milk
310g flour
10gr vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Butter

METHOD
  1. Mix the eggs with sugar, seed oil, milk, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
  2. Peel and cut the apples into slices.
  3. Butter the mold and pour the mixture into it. Distribute the apple slices and sprinkle the almond flakes. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
  4. Wet the cake with the apricot jam.
