INGREDIENTS

2 apples
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
120g (1 cup) flour
1 tsp baking powder
90ml (1/3 cup) milk
50g (1/5 cup) softened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar

METHOD

Cut apples into slices, and take out the middle.
In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add in milk, vanilla extract butter baking powder, and flour.
Transfer apple slices to the pan and top with prepared dough, fry for 30-40 minutes covered on low heat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
