Apple cake in a pan: how to make it so special in a few simple steps!

INGREDIENTS
2 apples
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
120g (1 cup) flour
1 tsp baking powder 
90ml (1/3 cup) milk
50g (1/5 cup) softened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Cut apples into slices, and take out the middle.
  2. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add in milk, vanilla extract butter baking powder, and flour.
  3. Transfer apple slices to the pan and top with prepared dough, fry for 30-40 minutes covered on low heat.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
