Easy apple cake: how to make it in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 yolks 2 pcs
100g (0.5 cup) sugar (+ 3 tbsp for sprinkling)
25g (0.1 cup) butter (+ 25g for pouring)
125ml (0.5 cup) milk
6g (1 tsp) salt
10g (1 tbsp) vanillin sugar
180g (1.4 cup) flour 00
10g baking powder
5 apples (150g)
Icing sugar for dusting
METHOD
- Combine egg yolks with sugar, use a mixer. Add butter, milk, vanilla sugar, flour, salt and baking powder and mix everything together.
- Pour the mixture into a 24 cm mold lined with baking paper.
- Cut the apples into slices, arrange in a circle until the whole mold is filled, and then sprinkle everything with melted butter (25 g) and sugar.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
