Coconut chocolate cake: it's impossibile to resist!

This super delicious Coconut Chocolat Cake recipe is made of moist and soft chocolate cake layers with a coconut heart too delicious to not try!
INGREDIENTS

For filling:
1l (4 cups) Milk
60g (7 tbsp) Semolina
90g (7 tbsp) Sugar
20g (1 3/5 tbsp) Vanilla sugar
200g (2 1/3 cups) Coconut
For biscuit:
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) Oil
200ml (4/5 cup) Milk
200g (1 2/3 cup) Cake flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) Baking powder
20g (2 tbsp) Cocoa
METHOD
- For filling: In a pot pour the milk and put it on a hot plate to boil. In a small bowl add semolina, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix it and add to boiling milk. Mix it and add coconut. Mix it until it is thick. Leave it to cool for a while.
- For biscuit: In a bowl add egg whites and sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix it and add egg yolks, oil, milk, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix it all well and divide it into two halves. One half of mixture pour into baking pan and bake at 180C for about 5 minutes. Add the filling and another half of the mixture. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Decorate with icing sugar and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy.
