Apple and pineapple fritters: it's impossibile to resist!

Give them a shake of icing sugar and let the kids at them!

INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • vegetable oil
  • apple
  • pineapple
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough.
  2. Slice the apple and pineapple into rings and put on skewers. Dip each skewer into the dough and fry in hot oil. Sprinkle finished pancakes with powdered sugar.
