Ingredients:
1 pineapple;
3 tbsp sugar;
1/3 cup milk;
fresh mint for serving.

Instructions
Cut the top of the pineapple and remove the insides with knife and spoon, making a pineapple bowl.
Cut off the hard stem from pineapple flesh. Blend pineapple with milk and sugar until smooth.
Fill an ice tray with pineapple smoothie and let it freeze completely.
Take pineapple ice cubes out of the tray and blend again to make a soft sorbet.
Fill pineapple bowl with whipped sorbet and top with fresh mint leaves.
