Savory Christmas log: the delicious appetizer to try!

This savory version makes a great appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

5 slices of bread for sandwiches

Mayonnaise

Smoked salmon

Lettuce

Tuna

METHOD

Arrange the slices of sandwich bread next to each other, with the long side overlapping the next slice. Roll them out with a rolling pin so they will stick together.
Spread mayonnaise on the bread, then continues adding smoked salmon, lettuce, and tuna. Wrap the roll and cover it with plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
After time elapsed remove it from the fridge and unwrap it from the plastic wrap. Cut a part of it and bring it sideways to the main trunk, as if to form a branch.
Coat the roll with mayonnaise creating the 'bark' effect with a fork.
