Spanakopita recipe: how to make the delicious greek spinach pie

Spanakopita is a delicious savory greek pie made of perfectly crispy layers of phyllo dough and a comforting filling of spinach and feta cheese. You must try it now!
INGREDIENTS

600g spinach
360g feta cheese
1 onion
2 spring onions
7g dill
7g parsley
2 eggs
300g phyllo pastry
Olive oil
salt
pepper

METHOD
1. Boil and drain the spinach. Before you begin mixing the filling, be sure spinach is very well drainded.
2. In a mixing bowl add the spinach and mix with eggs, onions and feta.
3. Unroll the phyllo sheets and brush with olive oil.
4. Add the filling and continue to layer the phyllo sheets brushing with olive oil.
5. Bake at 190°C for 40 minutes.
