Spinach egg pie: the perfect idea for an original and delicious dinner

INGREDIENTS
For 2/3 people
500g of fresh spinach
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
3 eggs
120g of milk
150g of flour 00
300g of mozzarella cheese
Parsley to taste
100g of sweet provolone.
METHOD
1. Fry the red onion and garlic in a frying pan.
2. Cut the spinach and place in a pan, adding salt and pepper.
3. Cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Beat the eggs with milk, flour, salt and pepper.
5. Add spinach, mozzarella and parsley.
6. Place the mixture in an oiled baking tray and sprinkle with parsley and sweet provolone.
6. Bake at 180°C/356°F for about 30 minutes, then it’s ready!
