Spinach egg roll: a delicious recipe for a fast and tasty dinner!

Just mix eggs and spinach, the result will leave you speechless!

INGREDIENTS
5 EGGS
7 tbsp SOUR CREAM
1 tsp SALT
10 tbsp FLOUR
18 g BAKING POWDER
125 g BABY SPINACH
SOUR CREAM
 

METHOD
  1. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, flour, spinach and baking powder.
  2. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 360/180 degrees.
  3. Coat the dough with sour cream and roll. Refrigerate and serve.
