Spinach rolls

Ingredients:
200 g (7 oz) flour;
50 g (1.7 oz) fresh spinach;
100 ml (1/3 cup+1 tbsp) water;
1 small carrot, shredded;
2/3 cup yogurt;
2 tbsp chopped scallions;
1 small chicken breast, grilled, cut into cubes;
salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
Bled fresh spinach with water until smooth. Season flour with a pinch of salt and pour spinach pure in.
Knead the dough until smooth, divide into quarters, cover with plastic and set aside for 20 minutes.
Mix carrots with green onion, yogurt, salt and pepper.
Roll out spinach flat bread, fry on a pan over high heat for about 2 minutes, then remove from the pan and put straight over the heat to puff up.
Put carrot filling over each flat bread, add chicken and roll. Cut in half before serving.
