Mushroom and spinach pasta rolls: the main course that will surprise all your guests!

Delicious mushroom stuffed pasta, so irresistible!INGREDIENTS
300g mushrooms
400g spinach
7 sheets of lasagna
300g ricotta cheese
300g bechamel
Parmesan cheese, as needed
scamorza cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil 7 sheets of lasagna pasta until cooked
2. Spread the ricotta on the lasagna. Add the mushrooms and the spinach.
3. Roll them up and then slice each rolled up lasagna in half.
4. Place each lasagna roll-up in a cake pan with some bechamel and Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
