Salmon and spinach in puff pastry

INGREDIENTS
For the spinach:
30g (2 tbsp) of butter
1/2 of onion
2 cloves of garlic
200g of spinach
Salt
Pepper
120g (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
40g (1/3 cup) of breadcrumbs
25g (1/4 cup) of parmesan
Dill
For salmon:
1 roll of puff pastry
1 salmon fillet
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
1. In a pan add the butter, onion, and garlic and fry until the onion becomes translucent. Add the spinach, salt, pepper, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and dill and mix to combine. Remove from the heat.
2. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and place the salmon fillet. Season with salt and pepper and arrange the prepared spinach on top pressing it well.
3. Wrpa the salmon fillet in the puff pastry and transfer it to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Brush the puff pastry with the egg and cut the top part with the knife. Transfer to the oven. Bake at 190°C/374°F for 25 minutes.
5. Serve puff pastry salmon on a serving dish and enjoy.
