Puff pastry-wrapped salmon: you’ll love this delicious way of preparing salmon!

INGREDIENTS300g salmon fillet
one sheet of puff pastry
150g mozzarella
thyme
salt
Salmon baked in puff pastry, although quick and easy to prepare, is a surprising dish. All you have to do is place a cleaned boneless salmon fillet onto some puff pastry. Add mozzarella or any cheese you prefer, and flavor with some salt and thyme, or rosemary. Braid the puff pastry around the salmon and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes. A lovely dinner ready in no time.
