Salmon dome: easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

8 slices smoked salmon;
1 medium avocado;
1 tsp olive oil;
2 eggs;
1 tbsp cream cheese;
salt and pepper to taste;
2 slices toasted bread;
chopped dill for serving.

Instructions
Cover bottom and sides of two ramekins with sliced salmon.
Cut out two pieces of plastic wrap and lay it into two small bowls that could fit an egg in it. Brush the wrap with some olive oil and beat an egg into it. Gather the edges of plastic wrap and tie together. Boil the eggs for 4-5 minutes.
Meanwhile mash cream cheese and avocado flesh together. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove plastic from the eggs and place each one into prepared ramekin. Top with mashed avocado and toasted bread that has been cut out to fit the ramekin.
Flip onto a plate and remove ramekin carefully. Top with chopped dill before serving.
