Colored roll: perfect for dinner!

Ingredients:
2 pounds (1 kg) pizza dough;
½ cup mashed potatoes;
1 ½ cup grated pumpkin;
1 ½ cup sautéed spinach and onions;
1 ½ cup cooked minced chicken;
1 tbsp olive oil.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190C/375 F. Cover a baking sheet with a piece of foil and parchment.
Cut dough into 5 parts and roll each one as thin as possible.
Put one of the filling on the bottom ¼ of the rolled out dough, gather the sides and roll into a log. Repeat with leftover fillings.
Lay chicken and spinach log on top of the last rolled out piece of the dough. Top with mashed potato and pumpkin roll. Gather the edges of the dough together and flip the roll onto a baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
