Arugula roll: the recipe for a quick and tasty dinner!

This roll is full of color and flavor, it’s stunning and delicious!INGREDIENTS
100g arugula
pine nuts
olive oil
salt
6 eggs
40g Parmesan cheese
pepper
250g cream cheese
250g smoked salmon
DIRECTIONS
Chop up the arugula and pine nuts. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add the eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 190° for 15 minutes. Let it cool, and then spread some cream cheese over it and add some slices of smoked salmon. Roll it up and refrigerate for about 60 minutes. Slice it and serve cold!
