Pork roll-ups: a tasty dinner idea!

Roll up the slices of pork. You have to try this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
5 slices of pork loin
salt
pepper
arugula
slices of provola cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Flatten the slices of pork and fill them with the arugula and provola cheese
2. Slice the roll and slide the roll-ups onto a skewer.
3. Cover them with breadcrumbs and add drizzle some olive oil over them.
4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
