Pork and cheese rolls: super easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
8 slices of mortadella
Cheese
8 slices of pork loin
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
METHOD
1. Place the mortadella slice on a cutting board and place the piece of cheese. Roll it up.
2. Place the pork loin slice on a cutting board and add the previously prepared roll of mortadella. Roll it up.
3. Transfer the roll to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
4. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 20 minutes. Serve pork rolls all together on a serving plate.
