HAM AND CHEESE ROLLS: a few ingredients for a SUPER rustic dish!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
120g of cheese
120g of cooked ham
Egg for egg wash
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a working surface and arrange cheese and ham slices.
2. Roll up the pastry from the long side, and brush with the egg, to seal the closure well.
3. Cut the slices about 2cm thick and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Brush the rolls with the egg and transfer to the oven. Bake at 200Β°C/392Β°F for 30 minutes.
5. Serve the rolls all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
