Ham & Cheese Pinwheels: yummy appetizer, perfect for your holiday

Ingredients:
3 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp honey
1 puff pastry sheet
6 slices ham
9 slices cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
3 tbsp chopped chives
1/2 tsp dried dill

3 tbsp chopped chives
Directions:
Add in mustard, dried dill and honey. Stir everything together and set aside. Lay flat your puff pastry sheet. Pour honey mustard sauce on top of it and spread on its surface. Arrange pieces of ham on top followed by the cheese, covering the surface. Then sprinkle grated parmesan and 2 tbsp chopped chives all over. Roll it and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, slice it. Bake to 190ºC for 15 minutes. Immediately sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped chives on top.
