Focacce bread: the easy recipe to make them delicious

Ingredients:
150 ml warm water
20 gr dry yeast
4 tablespoons flour
75 gr sugar
1 tsp salt
75 gr butter
100 gr sour cream
400 gr flour
Directions:
Mix the water with dry yeast and 4 tablespoons of flour.
Leave for about 30 minutes.
Then add sugar, salt, butter, sour cream and other flour.
Leave for about 2 hours and then divide the dough in some parts.
Spread and top with egg brush. Cover for 20 minutes and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
