Pound chocolate cake: how to prepare it in original way

Ingredients:
150g Unsalted butter
40g Sugar
a pinch of Salt
100g hazelnut cream
3 Egg yolks
110g Plain flour
30g Cocoa powder
40g Black coffee
3g Vanilla extract
Meringue (3 egg whites + 20g sugar)
150g Whipping cream
10g Sugar
300g Cream cheese
45g hazelnut cream
Directions:
Beat the butter and add sugar and hazelnut cream. Then add yolks, flour, cocoa, coffee, vanilla and meringue. Pour the batter into a mold and bake at 320°F (160°) for 60 minutes.
Whip the cream and add sugar, cream cheese and hazelnut cream.
Make a sweet house and garnish it with cream.
