Pineapple upside down cake: the original way to prepare an incredible cake!

The result will leave you speechless!
INGREDIENTS
100g softened butter
100g sugar
2 eggs
100g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Cherries
Pineapple
METHOD
- In a bowl beat butter with sugar, add in eggs, sift the flour with the rest of the ingredients.
- Layout the flowers made from cherries and pineapple onto the baking pan. Cover it with prepared dough.
- Bake at 170’C (340’F) for 40 minutes.
- Turn over the cake and sprinkle it with some powdered sugar.
