Pineapple upside down cake: the original way to prepare an incredible cake!

The result will leave you speechless! 
 
INGREDIENTS
100g softened butter
100g sugar
2 eggs
100g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Cherries
Pineapple

METHOD
  1. In a bowl beat butter with sugar, add in eggs, sift the flour with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Layout the flowers made from cherries and pineapple onto the baking pan. Cover it with prepared dough.
  3. Bake at 170’C (340’F) for 40 minutes.
  4. Turn over the cake and sprinkle it with some powdered sugar.
