Chocolate Pineapple Upside Down Cake: a delicious and unique recipe to take to a party!

Just pour the chocolate batter over the pineapple slice to make an amazing cake!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (90 g)
• 3 tbsp syrup (30 ml)
• 3 tbsp butter (30 g)
• 8 slices of pineapple in syrup
• 8 cherry in syrup
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup melted butter (70 g)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp baking powder
METHOD
- In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the sugar with syrup pineapple, when it melted, add the butter.
- Pour the sugar mixture into the glass baking form. Place pineapples and cherries in the center set aside.
- For a cake, beat eggs with sugar in a bowl, add chocolate, butter, flour, alternating with milk, salt, and baking powder.
- Pour the dough onto caramel carefully. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Remove and cool.
