Chocolate Pineapple Upside Down Cake: a delicious and unique recipe to take to a party!

Just pour the chocolate batter over the pineapple slice to make an amazing cake!

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (90 g)
• 3 tbsp syrup (30 ml)
• 3 tbsp butter (30 g)
• 8 slices of pineapple in syrup
• 8 cherry in syrup
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup melted butter (70 g)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp baking powder
 
METHOD
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the sugar with syrup pineapple, when it melted, add the butter.
  2. Pour the sugar mixture into the glass baking form. Place pineapples and cherries in the center set aside.
  3. For a cake, beat eggs with sugar in a bowl, add chocolate, butter, flour, alternating with milk, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Pour the dough onto caramel carefully. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Remove and cool.
