Pineapple donut cake: a soft and yummy dessert!

Fluffy and so delicious, if you love pineapple this is the perfect cake for you!

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
150ml (0.6 cup) pineapple juice
100ml (0.45 cup) oil
350g (2.8 cups) flour 00
1 tbsp (15g) baking powder
 
15g (1 tbsp) butter
15g (1 tbsp) flour
130g (0.6 cup) sugar
200g (1 cup) pieces of pineapple
 
METHOD
  1. Mix eggs with sugar. Stir in the juice until a foamy mass is obtained, add the pineapple juice, mix, and then add the oil. While sifting, add flour and baking powder.
  2. Dissolve the sugar in the granulomas until a fine, liquid caramel mixture is obtained. Pour into a mold, which you have coated with butter and floured. Arrange the pineapple pieces on the caramel, then pour the previously prepared mixture and arrange the pineapple pieces again.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  4. When the cake is baked, turn the mold over and let the cake slip out of the mold.
