Pineapple donut cake: a soft and yummy dessert!

Fluffy and so delicious, if you love pineapple this is the perfect cake for you!
INGREDIENTS

5 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
150ml (0.6 cup) pineapple juice
100ml (0.45 cup) oil
350g (2.8 cups) flour 00
1 tbsp (15g) baking powder
15g (1 tbsp) butter
15g (1 tbsp) flour
130g (0.6 cup) sugar
200g (1 cup) pieces of pineapple
METHOD
- Mix eggs with sugar. Stir in the juice until a foamy mass is obtained, add the pineapple juice, mix, and then add the oil. While sifting, add flour and baking powder.
- Dissolve the sugar in the granulomas until a fine, liquid caramel mixture is obtained. Pour into a mold, which you have coated with butter and floured. Arrange the pineapple pieces on the caramel, then pour the previously prepared mixture and arrange the pineapple pieces again.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- When the cake is baked, turn the mold over and let the cake slip out of the mold.
