Pineapple minicakes: tasty and fragrant!

They are perfect for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
125g (0.5 cup) vanilla yogurt
60ml (0.3 cup) sunflower oil
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
8g (1 tsp) baking powder
50g (0.4 cup) corn starch
170g (1.3 cup) flour
12 slices of pineapple in syrup
Icing sugar for decoration
Donut molds
METHOD
- In a deep bowl, add eggs and sugar, whisk with a whisk. Add the oil and stir again, then add the yoghurt, vanilla sugar, corn starch, baking powder and finally add the flour.
- Pour the mixture into a dressing bag and apply in a mold. Arrange the pineapple on the surface of each donut.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 25 minutes. After the mini cakes are baked, leave them to cool to room temperature, and then sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Enjoy.
