Meatballs with tomato sauce and smoked cheese: tasty dish

Ingredients:
1kg ground veal meat
2 eggs
100g breadcrumbs
1 bunch basil
1 sprig rosemary
1 medium red onion
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half a teaspoon coriander
Half a teaspoon nutmeg
Pepper as needed
Extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste
400g tomato sauce
200g smoked scamorza
Directions:
Mix the ground meat with eggs, spices, breadcrumbs, basil and form the meatballs. Sauté them in a pan with the oil. In the same pan, sauté the onion and add the tomato, rosemary and salt.
Then add the meatballs and cook. Finally cover with the smoked cheese and slightly melt.
