Cocoa cookies: the tip to make them very original

Ingredients:
200 gr butter
1 cup of icing sugar
2 cups of flour
1 sachet of corn starch
1 egg
1 sachet of vanillin
1 sachet of yeast
Cocoa powder

Directions:
Put the butter, the icing sugar and the egg in a bowl and mix with the mixer. Then add flour, starch, vanillin and yeast. Knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Form many balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Dip the bottle first in the water and then in the cocoa, then press on the biscuits. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 15/20 minutes.
