Butter cocoa cookies: yummy and easy to prepare!

Every bite will melt in your mouth!
INGREDIENTS

150g butter, softened
100g (1 cup) powdered sugar (or to taste)
2 egg yolks (at room temperature)
180g cake flour
20 g cocoa powder
METHOD
- In a bowl whisk softened butter until slightly creamy. Add icing sugar and mix to combine.
- Whisk 2 egg yolks in the buttery mixture.
- To the same bowl sift the cocoa powder and cake flour. Stir well until homogenous.
- Take a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with half of the prepared batter. Pipe rosette-shaped biscuits onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.
- Bake in the preheated to 180C/350F oven for 15 minutes.
- Let them cool a bit and enjoy!
