Bicolor biscuit cake: easy to make and yummy!

INGREDIENTS:
 • 180g vanilla cookies
 • 180g cocoa cookies
 
 • 1 liter / 33.8ozmilk
 • 2 tbsp starch
 • 3 tbsp flour
 • 1 ¼ cup sugar
 • 3 tbsp cocoa
 • 75g butter
 • 10g vanilla sugar
 
 • ½ cup cream
 • 1.5 tbsp  cocoa
 
 • 1 cup milk (soak cookies)
 
 
PREPARATION:
  1.  Mix milk, starch, flour, sugar, cocoa and brew the cream.  Add butter and vanilla sugar.  Mix.
  2. Dip each cookie in milk and apply cream on it.  Put all the cookies on the board.  Pour cream and cocoa into the remaining cream.  Beat with a mixer.  Pour over the laid out cookies. 
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
