Coconut cakes: creamy, delicious and easy to make!

It tastes heavenly, everyone will love this sweet treat!
INGREDIENTS

For the biscuit:
4 eggs
50g (0.5 cup) cocoa
10g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
12g (1 tbsp) baking powder
200g (1 cup) of sugar
150g (1.2 cup) flour (00)
50ml (0.2 cup) of milk
1g (1/4 tsp) salt
For the cream:
300ml (1.23 cup) of milk
1 egg yolk
100g (0.5 cup) of brown sugar
10g (1 1/4 tbsp) of cornstarch
10g (1 tbsp) of flour
10g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
20g (1 1/4 tbsp) butter
For cake coating:
30g (0.3 cup) Coconut flakes
50g (0.2 cup) Melted chocolate
METHOD
- To prepare the biscuit, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a fine frothy mixture, then add the milk and vanilla sugar and stir. While sifting, add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with paper and bake at 170 degrees, 20 minutes.
- To prepare the cream, combine the milk, add sugar, vanilla sugar, starch, flour, butter and egg yolks.
- When the biscuit has cooled, circle circles with a diameter of 5-7 cm, coat the biscuit with cream and cover with another biscuit. Coat the cake on the side with cream, roll it in coconut, and then apply chocolate on the surface.
