Pudding cake: how to make it perfectly soft and delicious!

A creamy cake with an incredible result that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
2 egg yolks
35g (1/3 cup) sugar
50g (1/2 cup) cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) milk
50g cream cheese
Cocoa powder
Coconut flakes
METHOD
- In a pan mix together egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, milk, and cheese.
- Cook on low heat until thickness, transfer to the silicone mold and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and coconut flakes.
