This 3 ingredient cake is a very tasty and easy to make Japanese dessert.

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
130white chocolate
130g cream cheese

PREPARAZIONE
1. Mix the cream cheese and the melted white chocolate together.
2. Add the egg yolk and mix until the batter is thick.
3. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and combine with cream cheese mixture.

5. Slice it and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
