Bicolor cake: sweet, beatiful and yummy!

Pout the 2 batters into a cake pan for the best result ever!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
230g/1.15 cups sugar
50ml/0.2 cup milk
40g/0.2 cup soft butter
230g/1.8 cup flour (all purpose)
Vanilla extract
3 tbsp cocoa powder
16g baking powder
 
Ganache
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk, butter and beat. Add flour, vanilla and stir. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part and mix.
  2. Grease a mold with butter and pour out two doughs at the same time. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  3. Pour ganache over the cooled cake.
