Bicolor fritters: simply delicious!

A sweet recipe that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
60g (1/4 cup) sugar
8g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
40ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
70ml (1/3 cup) milk
300g (2 cups) flour
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
20g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
30ml (2 tbsp) milk
METHOD
60g (1/4 cup) sugar
8g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
40ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
70ml (1/3 cup) milk
300g (2 cups) flour
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
20g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
30ml (2 tbsp) milk
METHOD
- In a bowl add egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Whisk it and add oil and milk. Mix and add flour and baking powder.
- Knead the dough and divide it into 2 halves. In one half add cocoa powder and milk.
- Knead it and spread the white dough then spread the cocoa dough.
- Put the cocoa dough on the white dough. Roll it and cut.
- Fry the rolls in the oil and cover with sugar. Serve.
