Coconut fritters: full of hazelnut cream, fluffy and simply delicious!

You can make them with a few ingredients, they will be ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

• 120ml milk
• 180g flour
• 120g grated coconut
• 50g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 100g hazelnut cream
• cooking oil
• salt
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 cup Grated coconut
METHOD
1. Beat the eggs with sugar until they are light and frothy, then add the milk, continuing to beat.

2. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder, then grated coconut and salt and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Using two tablespoons, fry the dough in hot oil. As soon as they get reddened, pour them onto absorbent paper.
4. Mix sugar with coconut
5. Roll them while they are still hot in the sugar, and fill them with hazelnut cream.
