Cocoa cookies: use a whisk to create this neat effect!

INGREDIENTS
for the shortcrust:
300g flour
salt
1 egg
120g butter
100g powdered sugar

unsweetened cocoa powder, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together the flour, salt, egg, softened butter, and the powdered sugar.
2. Once the dough has formed, refrigerate it for about 30 minutes.
3. Shape the dough into balls and flatten them slightly. Dip the tip of a whisk in some cocoa powder and then press it down in the center of each cookie.
4. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
