Marbled Cookie Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For Cookie Mix:
100g Sugar
115g butter
1 egg
1 ½ tsp Vanilla
180g Flour
100g Chocolate chips
For Cheesecake Mix
250g Cream cheese
250ml Cream
4 gelatine sheets
150g White Chocolate
150g Milk Chocolate
Instructions:
Mix together the ingredients for the cookies with the exception of the egg.
Remove ¼ of the cookie mix and set aside
Now finish the cookie mix with the egg combine well.
Place 2 strips of greaseproof paper in a 1lb loaf tin to help remove the cookie later.
Place cookie mix in to load tin and push around the edges.
Line with greaseproof paper and fill with baking beans.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutess 180°C or 350°F.
Then take out removed baking beans and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Mix the gelatine sheets with 100ml of boiling water ensure sheets melt.
Lightly whip the cream then add the melted milk chocolate and 50ml of the gelatine water mix well.
Lightly whip the cream cheese add the melted white chocolate and 50ml of the gelatine water mix well.
Now spoon alternate mixes into the cooled cookie loaf, then run a toothpick through the mix to create a marble effect.
Roll the left over cookie dough in to 10 balls.
Place half the balls deep into the mix and then place the remaining 5 to the top.
Chill for 2 hours to set before serving.
