Cookie dough cheesecake donuts

Ingredients:
90 g (3 oz) butter, room temperature;
½ cup white sugar;
90 g (3 oz) flour;
½ cup dark chocolate, chopped;
1 cup cream cheese;
½ cup sweetened condensed milk;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
1 cup dark chocolate, melted.

Instructions
1.Make your edible cookie dough by beating softened butter and sugar together until pale. Add flour and stir until the dough forms. Mix chopped chocolate in.
2.For the cheesecake layer beat cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla together.
3.Fill the doughnut molds with cookie dough and cheesecake mixture then freeze for 3 hours.
4.Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate. Use about a teaspoon of melted chocolate to attach cheesecake layer to cookie dough.
5.Drizzle leftover chocolate over the doughnuts.
