Chocolate cookie cheesecake: the quick and easy recipe!

INGREDIENTSCrust
20 chocolate cookies
5 Tbsp butter, melted
Filling
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
15 chocolate cookies, crumbled
Whipped cream and chocolate chips for topping
DIRECTIONS
Crust
Smash 20 chocolate cookies and combine with melted butter.
Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes at 350 f. Allow to cool as you prepare the filling.
Filling:
Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add in the yogurt and the vanilla and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time and mix on low speed just until combined.
Fold in 15 crumbled chocolate cookies.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes at 175 f.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate 4 hours
Cut into slices and serve chilled.
