Cheesecake bites: how to make them on a stick!

Easy and delicious, you'll fall in love with this idea!

INGREDIENTS
 100 g (3.5 oz) crushed cookies;
 1/3 cup melted butter;
 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese, room temperature;
 ¼ cup cream;
 1 egg;
 2 tbsp cornstarch;
 ½ cup sugar;
 1 tsp vanilla extract;
 Milk and white chocolate.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat oven to 160C/320F. Add cupcake liners into a cupcake tin.
  2.  Mix butter and crumbled cookies together.
  3.  Separately whisk cream cheese, egg, cornstarch, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4.  Press cookie base into paper muffin cups to form a bottom crust.
  5.  Pour cream cheese mixture over. Bake for 20 minutes and leave to cool down completely.
  6.  Remove paper lining and insert popsicle stick into each cheesecake. Dip in milk chocolate and place on a piece of parchment paper.
  7.  Using white chocolate, poured into a pastry bag, make spirals or lines on the surface of cheesecake bites and use toothpick to make designs as shown on the video. Let set before serving.
