Cheesecake bites: how to make them on a stick!

Easy and delicious, you'll fall in love with this idea!
INGREDIENTS

100 g (3.5 oz) crushed cookies;
1/3 cup melted butter;
100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese, room temperature;
¼ cup cream;
1 egg;
2 tbsp cornstarch;
½ cup sugar;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
Milk and white chocolate.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 160C/320F. Add cupcake liners into a cupcake tin.
- Mix butter and crumbled cookies together.
- Separately whisk cream cheese, egg, cornstarch, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Press cookie base into paper muffin cups to form a bottom crust.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over. Bake for 20 minutes and leave to cool down completely.
- Remove paper lining and insert popsicle stick into each cheesecake. Dip in milk chocolate and place on a piece of parchment paper.
- Using white chocolate, poured into a pastry bag, make spirals or lines on the surface of cheesecake bites and use toothpick to make designs as shown on the video. Let set before serving.
