Cookie cake, creamy and crunchy: you can't resist!

This is the most delicious chocolate treat ever, ready in a few minutes! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Cookies:
150g (¾ cup) Sugar
1 Egg
100g (2/5 cup) Greek yogurt
1 pinch of baking soda
2g of salt
100g (½ cup) Butter
350g (3 cups) Cake flour
 
For the chocolate mixture:
600ml (2 ½ cups) Milk
2 Eggs
100g (½ cup) Sugar
40g (4 tbsp) Cocoa
30g (4 tbsp) Cake flour
100g (½ cup) Butter
100g (1 cup) Chocolate
Orange peel
 
For decoration:
Strawberries
Cocoa
 
METHOD
  1. For cookies: In a bowl add sugar and eggs. Whisk it and add greek yogurt, salt, baking soda and butter. Mix it and add flour. Knead and make small balls, Put then in baking pan and bake it at 180C for 15 minutes.
  2. For the chocolate mixture: In a pot pour the milk. Add eggs and sugar. When it is all mixed well add flour and cocoa. Mix it until it is thickened. Add butter and chocolate to it and mix. Then, add orange peel. Mix and pour it over the cookies. Put this mixture into the springform pan and leave it in the fridge for 12h. Decorate it with cocoa and strawberries. Cut the slice and serve.
